Meet our Team

John Wallace is President, Chief Operating Officer and board member. In this role, he leads strategy, customer experience and overall operations for ACO Partner. John’s focus is planning, partnering and operationalizing value based care organizations as the healthcare payment environment continues to shift towards performance based reimbursement.  John has over 18 years of executive level healthcare experience and is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato.  

Andrew JP Carroll, MD, FAAFP

Dr. Andrew Carroll is Chief Medical Officer. In collaboration with the ACO Partner President and the Care Coordination team, he provides guidance to physicians and their groups on evidence-based and value minded care, focusing on improved outcomes and greater patient satisfaction in a population health model. Dr. Carroll has focused on the improvement of the patient healthcare experience in his 21 years as a physician. He graduated with his medical doctorate from St. George’s University School of Medicine and is Board Certified and a Fellow in Family Medicine.

Karen Bomersbach is Vice President of Operations and Finance. In this role, Karen is responsible for the business and financial operations and reporting for ACO Partner. Karen graduated from St. Mary’s University and brings over 26 years of healthcare and finance experience.

Christina Cadaret, MSN-L, BSN, RN

Christina Cadaret is Executive Director of Care Coordination. In this role, Christina is responsible for program development and leadership of the Care Coordination team.  Her strategic focus is on integrating the care coordination program to drive improved outcomes. Christina received her Master of Science in Nursing and Leadership from Grand Canyon University and has over 18 years of healthcare experience in progressive leadership roles.

Sheela Patel

Sheela Patel is Manager of Physician Engagement.  In this role, Sheela is responsible for managing ongoing physician relations with focus on performance communication.  Sheela received her graduate degree from San Diego State University and brings over a decade of healthcare management experience.

Marisa Morganstern

Marisa Morganstern is Manager of Clinical and Commercial Operations. In this role, Marisa is responsible for provider network development and strategy. Marisa graduated from Arizona State University and brings over a decade of healthcare experience.
